Discord CGV Bot

A bot that checks when CGV movie bookings open and alerts a Discord channel

What I built

The bot checks a configured movie's CGV detail page at set intervals and alerts a chosen Discord channel when the booking button becomes available. The /예매확인 and /링크확인 commands let you manually check the configured movie or an entered movie ID. Environment variables and Docker keep the runtime configuration separate.

  1. Automatic booking checks

    Configured periodic checks of a movie's CGV detail page, with an alert to a chosen Discord channel when the booking button appears.

  2. Manual checks through Discord

    Registered /예매확인 to check the configured movie and /링크확인 to check a movie ID entered directly.

  3. Environment variables and Docker

    Moved the bot token, check interval, movie ID, and channel ID into environment variables, and documented Docker setup and Discord permissions in the README.
