ThisTime
Bring Everytime schedules together and find a time to meet

What I built
A website for finding shared free time without comparing friends' schedules one by one. One organizer collects Everytime sharing links from the same semester to compare free periods for 2–20 people. Set weekdays, time ranges, and a minimum meeting length to see every available interval. If everyone cannot meet, it also shows times when the largest group can get together. View results in a weekly calendar or weekday list and share them as images or text.
History
- Finding free time across schedules
Built five-minute comparisons of schedules from the same semester to show every free period matching the conditions. If no time works for everyone, separate results show the largest group of the same people who can stay together throughout each interval.
- Connecting actual sharing links
Separated the Debian API that reads schedules from the website that calculates free periods, and published it on Cloudflare. Confirmed loading and recovery after refresh on the live page using one real sharing link. Further checks comparing multiple real links together are still pending.
- Easier selection and sharing
Added image and text sharing, splitting long results across multiple images. Applied dark mode to the website and shared images, and added guidance beside invalid inputs to check that the link is a timetable sharing link.
- A time for us to meet
Updated the site title to pair ThisTime with the Korean phrase for ‘a time for us to meet’ and confirmed it on the public page. Reviewed the current search-visibility settings; search-engine registration and actual appearance in search results have not been confirmed.
